How much does shipping cost?

Our online shop will give you quotes for both FedEx and US Mail shipping rates for your specific order.

Do I need an account to buy gear?

No account is required to buy. Just add the scooter gear you would like to buy to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. For quicker checkouts for your next order, or to check the status of your order, it's best to create an account while checking out.

How long will my shipments take to arrive?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Shipping times will vary based on your chosen FedEx or USPS shipping method. Tracking numbers are emailed directly to you once the order has been processed.

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES FINAL ON DISCOUNT AND CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Returns on non-discounted items are accepted within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. However, returned items must be brand new, in unused, re-sellable condition. Packaged items must be in the original packaging. If you wish to make a return, please email us first at (info@scooterprousa.com) to obtain a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without first obtaining a return authorization number. We recommend using a shipping service that offers online tracking such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
